If we have not yet established a client relationship, this form is an example of one service I provide. I offer Flowers & Gifts ordering for all the occasions. We can set up family/friends/client lists with birthdays and occasions to send flowers, gifts, and cards, gift cards electronically or physically throughout the year. I create a database with your contacts information and special dates, and maintain a spreadsheet to manage your expenses throughout the year.
I assist you in staying on top of upcoming special occasions, choosing, purchasing, ordering, delivering gifts, managing your budget and tracking your spending. As my database of your family/friends/clients grows, ordering becomes a smoother, easier process. I maintain (and update) their contact information, sending you reminders for next month/week’s special dates, and ongoing upcoming occasions. We can set up lists for holidays and other gatherings, including family reunions, other personal or work related events so you never miss another important date or miss sending someone special something thoughtful on their important day! It’s easy for important occasions to slip through the cracks when we have complex busy schedules.
I regularly keep you afresh of upcoming dates and ⏰ remind you so you always remember the people you care about, the customers and clients you want to recognize and celebrate for their special moments! As a former Florist, I can also provide assistance in selecting which flowers or gifts to send.
ps this form is an example of an easy way clients can send a request for a gift, potential clients can fill this form out to begin your request. However, once we are working together, this form is one method to send requests, if sending a request for a new recipient, all fields will need to be filled out. Once I've established your database, it becomes much easier to process requests. The rest becomes as easy as vegan pie, as special as a unique cake, and stays fresh as today’s brightest floral arrangement (or majestic dish garden). We can also build out your list to include personal preferences for specific people like what flowers your mother likes the most (and which ones she’s allergic too) or your significant other’s favorite color, etc….! Let’s begin celebrating those you care about!
